The Double Dip Calculator, developed by Western Technologies Inc., allows users to quickly determine if a piece of steel can be galvanized, with complete zinc coverage, in a specified kettle size. Simply input the kettle dimensions, the dimensions of the piece to be dipped and the Double Dip Calculator will calculate the zinc coverage as well as the zinc level rise with a single dip, a simple double dip, and a double dip after rotating the part. The App allows users to save multiple kettle sizes for fast analysis of kettles at multiple plant locations. You will never have to make a scale model again!
